DPA & Privacy Agreement Pathways

MTC supports two DPA pathways. Choose the one that fits your institution's requirements.

Path A

MTC Standard DPA

Review and execute MTC's standard Data Privacy Agreement. This document is currently under legal review and will be available for execution once approved.

Legal Review Required

This document is not yet available as an executable agreement. It will be published here once approved by authorized MTC personnel and, where appropriate, qualified legal counsel.

Path B

Institution-Provided Agreement

Submit your district's DPA, vendor agreement, security addendum, AI addendum, or data-processing agreement for MTC review. Submissions create an internal review record with status "Agreement Review Pending."

MTC will not automatically accept uploaded legal terms. All submissions are reviewed by authorized MTC personnel before any agreement is considered executed.

Security & Privacy Questionnaire

Many districts require vendors to complete a security or privacy questionnaire. Upload your questionnaire here and MTC will prepare a response.

Questionnaire responses are prepared by authorized MTC personnel. AI may assist with drafting but will not make unsupported compliance representations.
