Your video is encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform transcribes, analyzes, and generates observations — all within a private, isolated environment. Your data is never used to train external models.
Processing typically completes within minutes. You receive a notification when your report is ready.

What kind of recording do I need?
Any standard video file works — phone, tablet, or classroom camera. There is no special equipment required. You upload when you are ready.
Can my school or district see my private coaching?
No. Private coaching is technically restricted, not just labeled. Administrators cannot access your private records by default. If you are in an institution-authorized workflow, that is clearly communicated before you begin.
Is my classroom video used to train external models?
No. Your classroom recordings and coaching data are never used to train external models without separate, explicit authorization from you.
How long does processing take?
Most reports are ready within minutes of upload. You receive a notification when your coaching report is complete.
What teaching frameworks does the platform support?
YourClassMentor can organize coaching evidence against several instructional frameworks — including the Danielson Framework for Teaching, the Marzano Instructional Model, NIET Teaching Standards, and the MTC Learning Framework. You choose which framework to align to for each analysis, or you can choose none. YourClassMentor does not provide or license any third-party framework — you must hold your own authorization to use Danielson, Marzano, or NIET. The MTC Learning Framework is available to all YourClassMentor users.
Can I share my report with my instructional coach?
Yes. You can share a report, a specific section, or selected evidence clips with named recipients. Sharing is always your choice and can be revoked.
